Recently, Virgin Australia announced it intends to launch 28 weekly nonstop services from Australia to Qatar using Qatar Airways wet-leased aircraft, and today, Emirates has adjusted its schedules to cut a one-stop service via Singapore and replace it with another nonstop flight between Melbourne and Dubai.
