A US District Judge has ruled that 
Southwest Airlines must face a discrimination lawsuit regarding its program to provide free flights to Hispanic students. The lawsuit was filed back in May by the American Alliance for Equal Rights, which claims the ¡Lánzate! Travel Award Program unfairly discriminated based on race and violated federal civil rights laws.
