Woman Arrested At Washington Dulles After Smuggling 71 Pounds Of Marijuana

71 pounds of marijuana has been found in a North Texas woman’s baggage after the U.S Customs and Border Protection intercepted it at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) before boarding a London-bound flight.
