Horizon Fiber Initiative to interconnect Ethiopia, Djibouti and Sudan

NEC announced on Thursday it has finished building the Asia Direct Cable (ADC), an intra-Asia subsea cable connecting China, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
