According to the Aviation Herald, a Vueling Airbus A320 rejected takeoff at Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) on November 8th, 2024, due to engine failure. The aircraft was over 100 knots, making it a high-speed rejected takeoff. In 2019, a Vueling Airbus A320 experienced an engine fire 15 minutes after taking off from Barcelona, causing the crew to shut off the engine and make an emergency landing at the airport.
