Tecnam is one of the leading general aviation aircraft manufacturers in Europe. The Castoria, Italy-based company was first founded in 1986. Two brothers, Luigi and Giovanni Pascale, founded the company in Italy in the mid 1980s. The two brothers had a significant background designing and developing aircraft, including the Partenavia P.68.
