While United is one of the world’s largest airlines, there are also certain areas of its operations where it can be highlighted for much more niche reasons. Among the most notable of these is the fact that it is one of just two remaining commercial operators of the Boeing 767-400ER, along with fellow ‘big three’ US carrier Delta Air Lines. According to Boeing, just 38 examples of the 767-400ER were built.
