U Mobile launches first Open API portal in Malaysia

Malaysian telco U Mobile announced on Tuesday it has launch an Open API portal based on the GSMA Open Gateway Initiative, which also makes it the first operator in Malaysia to do so.

Malaysian 5G operator U Mobile and Axiata’s telecoms infrastructure company Edotco announced on Wednesday they have deployed and launched U Mobile’s Ultra5G service inside the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
