Southwest Airlines Reaches Tentative Agreement With 18,000+ Ground Staff

The world's largest low-cost carrier, Dallas-based Southwest Airlines, has announced it's reached a tentative agreement with the Transport Workers Union, which currently represents over 18,000 of its ground crew. Southwest ground crew includes baggage handlers, moving cargo, and helping restock the aircraft between flights.
