This year has seen significant changes at Australia’s national airline, Qantas. The pleasing part is that many of those changes have been aimed at improving customer experiences on flights and at airports. Today, those changes continued with the announcement that Qantas is upgrading ten Airbus A330s, investing millions of dollars in the economy cabin.
