A small airline with big, perhaps flawed ambitions. Tunisair has revealed plans to launch flights to the United States as of 2028, according to the carriers Director of Safety Management, Saber Al-Dhawadi in an interview with African Manager. The new routes would form part of a broader network expansion that would include new flights to China as well. But is this a case of politics influencing an airlines network expansion to destinations that are not commercially viable?
