Google locks in Nuclear Power for Data Centre deployments

Google is going nuclear.

The tech giant has done a deal to purchase nuclear power for its data centres.

They’re not the only ones, Amazon and Microsoft are making the switch too. Recently Microsoft has looked to purchase the sleeping nuclear power plant at Three Mile Island.

Microsoft has also announced its interest in combining data centre construction and operation with SMR or Small Modular Nuclear Reactors.

But Chris Bowen is still refusing to play ball.
