The Bahraini carrier Gulf Air will celebrate its 75th anniversary in 2025. The carrier, whose straightforward fleet of 41 aircraft consists of A320ceos/neos, A321ceos/neos, and Boeing 787-9s, was once very different. It was the flag carrier of Oman, Qatar, Abu Dhabi (not the UAE), and Bahrain. Gulf Air accounts for 75% of Bahrain’s traffic.
