In 2023, Airbus delivered 735 aircraft, 11% more than the 661 it delivered in 2022 but well short of the 863 delivered in pre-pandemic 2019. This year, Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury set the target of delivering 800 aircraft, although that was later revised to 770 due to the ongoing supply chain disruptions. By the end of September, it had delivered 497, leaving it to deliver another 273 in the last quarter.
