Emirates’ catering operations are massive, to say the least. Producing millions of in-flight meals a year, Emirates Flight Catering has now also fully acquired Bustanica, the world’s largest indoor vertical farm. Not only does Bustanica have its products available at several UAE retailers, but the produce for many of Emirates’ meals is also sourced from here.
