Emirates is the world’s third-largest international airline by seats for sale and the number one for long-haul service. Its large scale, international-only operation and widebody-only fleet heavily influence this. While it is first for international available seat miles, its fleet choice means it is ‘only’ 14th for flights. These results are derived from examining OAG data.
