Textron Aviation Certifies Safety Management System For Aircraft Design And Manufacturing

On Monday, September 16, Textron Aviation announced its newly implemented Safety Management System (SMS) had achieved approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The new SMS is used to support the design and manufacturing of all current and future Textron Aviation aircraft.
