Various media reports emerged over the weekend that an El Al airliner was attacked by cyber terrorists while operating a flight between Bangkok, Thailand and Tel Aviv in Israel. The cyberattack was designed to divert the aircraft from its destination but was foiled when pilots became suspicious and took the flight to a safe landing in Tel Aviv.
