12% Yearly Increase: Philadelphia International Carried 28 Million Passengers In 2023

On Monday, February 12, the City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation reported its passenger results at two of the city's major airports. The City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation owns and operates both Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE). Both of these airports reported an increase in passengers during 2023 and showed growth in all transportation aspects.
