Qantas Pilots Plan Another Day Of Strike Action

The dispute between Qantas subsidiary Network Aviation and the majority of its pilots took an almost farcical turn yesterday when the pilot's union advised Qantas of another 24-hour stoppage, this time on Thursday, February 22, 2024. Given what has happened in the last week, there is nothing to suggest that this one-day stoppage may not turn into a more extended series of one-day strikes, but for now, it is confined to next Thursday.
