Network Rail train kills weeds on Dorset heritage railway

A Network Rail and Balfour Beatt, a Multi-Purpose Vehicle has treated weeds on the Swanage Railway in Dorset to help keep its lines weed-free.

Swanage Railway volunteers will be fundraising through a special three-day steam rally, ‘Roads to Rail’, next to Norden station.

“Music by the Sea’ in memory of Henry Searle will raise money for Swanage ‘Save Your Railway’ and local cancer charity.
