The Piper M700 Fury Receives Certification From Transport Canada

On Wednesday, August 28, Piper Aircraft revealed that its flagship aircraft, the M700 Fury, has officially achieved its type certification from Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA). The aircraft was recently certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) earlier this year, and it has been awarded several follow-on certifications, including flying into known icing (FIKI) and unpaved field certification. However, this type certificate from the TCCA includes FIKI certification upfront.
