If you are an aviation geek like us here at Simple Flying, you will already know that the world’s longest flight is on Singapore Airlines. Using an Airbus A350-900ULR (ultra-long-haul), the Star Alliance airline flies between Singapore and New York with a daily flight to both John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). While both flights average around 19 hours, JFK is three miles further than EWR, making it the world’s longest commercial airline flight.
