First-class passengers traveling with Alaska Airlines from San Francisco to New York are in for a treat, with a brand new menu curated by Michelin-starred chef Brandon Jew, owner and head chef at San Francisco’s Mister Jiu’s restaurant onboard from August 28. The new menu was launched on Wednesday and will run for at least one year, with seasonal variations.
