Delta Air Lines is becoming a major operator of the Airbus A321neo. The popular and latest iteration of the best-selling narrowbody aircraft notably has increased range and boasts fuel efficiency making it a near-perfect replacement for its aging Boeing 757-200 jets. The Atlanta-based airline first began operating the A321neo in 2022. Since then, Airbus has gradually chipped away at fulfilling Deltas order for more than 150 examples of the aircraft type.
