Colne to Skipton railway line reopening has petition launched

A petition was launched by SELRAP on 10th October calling on ministers to support efforts to reinstate the “missing link” between Skipton and Colne.

Lancashire campaign group announces death of a founding member

Skipton East Lancashire Rail Action Partnership has announced that Derek Jennings, one of its founding members, has sadly passed away.

Funding is now in place for a new station in Lancashire, between Preston and Blackpool North.
