Kaleido and TransNamib open Walvis Bay–Karibib rail corridor

Since freight services began in early November 2025, around 1,050 trains with over 21,000 wagons have run on the new line.

The operator employs more than 800 staff and runs a fleet of 76 locomotives and over 2,700 freight wagons.
