Sound Transit adds Alstom Sounder cars between Seattle and Lakewood

Deutsche Bahn and Brussels Airlines will launch a new direct ICE connection from Cologne to Brussels Airport, introducing a codeshare rail–air offer from September 2026.

The selection follows a competitive bidding process involving three candidates and is the first step in the region’s mandatory transition toward open-access tendering for its TER services.
