New rail corridors target Central Europe

The train departed from the Sknyliv–Lisky terminal in Lviv and is bound for the East West Gate terminal at Fényeslitke.

Rail and intermodal decision-makers will gather in Wisła from 4–6 March 2026 for the 15th International Railway and Intermodal Congress.

European rail and combined transport associations are calling for EU ETS revenues to support rail investment, arguing that the cleanest mass transport mode should receive a fairer share of carbon market funding.
