Scheduled – We will be performing emergency maintenance within the next 72 hours, scheduled outside of local peak hours between 04:00 and 05:00, on a core router in Singapore after identifying a potential hardware fault. Our vendor has recommended a firmware upgrade and reboot as the initial remediation step.
A replacement unit has already been sourced and is en-route in Singapore should the issue persist following this maintenance.
Transit customers without diversity terminating on this device in Singapore will experience a service interruption of up to 10 minutes during the reboot and upgrade process. Affected customers will be contacted directly.
