Midsea activates rail terminal at Port of Monfalcone

Hupac increased transport volumes in 2025 despite major infrastructure disruption across key European freight corridors, while warning that network constraints remain a structural risk for combined transport.

Since freight services began in early November 2025, around 1,050 trains with over 21,000 wagons have run on the new line.
