Kombiverkehr tests new intermodal link Dörpen–Ludwigshafen

LKW Walter has introduced a new intermodal connection between Novi Sad in Serbia and Herne in Germany, offering three roundtrips per week with a transit time of 46 hours.

The working visit was intended to improve coordination with regional and Chinese partners on international freight movements, as ASEAN–China rail freight volumes depend on multiple national networks and interfaces rather than a single operator.
