Resonate has appointed Camilla Gilchrist as chief operating officer, in support of the company’s growth objectives.
Camilla joins Resonate from Tractable, where, during a period of rapid growth, she was chief of staff and director of operations, developing strong foundations to support robust scaling.
With extensive experience in Enterprise SaaS and B2C technology organisations, Camilla is passionate about building high-performing teams and best-in-class operational functions.
In her new role, Camilla will oversee client delivery, customer success, and support functions alongside scalability across Resonate’s digital rail products: Initiate (access management), Luminate (traffic management) and Scalable (signalling control).
Commenting on her appointment, Camilla said: “Resonate plays a critical role in enabling a better performing railway in the UK, with its products already delivering clear and measurable outcomes for traffic management and signalling control.
