Captrain Polska provides traction for regular Loconi intermodal trains Wrocław–Gdańsk

This is the first time the Swedish forest owners’ association has exceeded the half-million cubic metre threshold for rail-borne timber transport.

The company’s bid was selected as the best offer in the tender procedure.

The service began in mid-June 2026 and will initially operate with two arrivals and two departures per week.
