Passengers onboard an Emirates Airbus A380 were unexpectedly diverted to Ghana after the aircraft encountered a technical warning which suggested that smoke was emanting the double-decker airplane’s forward cargo compartment. This led to the aircraft diverting to Accra, Ghana, making it only the third time an aircraft of this size has landed in the country.
