Veon-owned telco Beeline Kazakhstan announced on Monday it has kicked off construction of a Tier III hyperscale data centre in Almaty that aims to serve as the anchor for Kazakhstan’s sovereign cloud, AI compute and enterprise digital services ecosystem.
