Dubai-based Emirates is in advanced talks of placing an order for at least 30 Airbus A350-1000. This order, if it proceeds, could see a massive shift in the carrier’s long-haul fleet strategy, given the airline has previously been highly critical of the aircraft’s engines manufactured by Rolls-Royce. The order could be finalized at the Dubai Airshow 2025, which is scheduled for between 17 and 21 November.
