Every month, an Australian Government department releases a Domestic Airline On-Time Performance Report, and for the last couple of years, it has not been a report card you would be happy to take home to the parents. Unless you were Rex, the domestic and regional carrier that has maintained its mantle as Australia's most reliable airline for almost all that period.
