Airbus (like Boeing) is struggling to ship its widebody aircraft in numbers last seen in 2019, and this is having significant issues for airlines, being forced to hold onto their aging or inefficient widebody aircraft for longer. For example, Korean Air has around 20 widebodies delayed by both Airbus and Boeing, and this is forcing it to keep its A380s, Boeing 747s, and old 777s in service.
