UAC 787 Patent

Some intriguing news coming out of Russia, as the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) announced that it had patented a design for a long-range widebody commercial airliner. State media channel Tass says that the closest equivalent aircraft is the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. Even more intriguing is that it is supposed to have even lower operating costs!
