China’s Homegrown AG60E Electric Plane Has Taken Its First Flight

The People's Republic of China has celebrated its latest electric aircraft milestone, with the AG60E taking flight at Jiande Qiandaohu Airport (JDE) in the eastern province of Zhejiang. The aircraft, which will have a max speed of around 185 kilometers (114 miles) per hour, will mainly be used for training, hobby, and navigation purposes.
