Malaysia-based Axiata Group announced on Wednesday it has signed an MoU with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of Cambodia (MPTC) to collaborate on beefing up Cambodia’s cybersecurity landscape, as well as developing cybersecurity talent in the country.
