Network International and Blu Penguin enabling mobile money transactions in Ghana

Vietnamese telco VNPT announced on Sunday that its digital services unit, VNPT-Media, has signed a partnership deal with Visa to develop advanced digital payment solutions and boost financial inclusion for consumers and SMBs in Vietnam.

MTN South Africa partnered with banking and financial services companies to integrate digital payments solution Payshap into its mobile money platform MoMo, a move MTN claimed will bridge the gap for the unbanked.

Mastercard and pan-African digital payments company Onafriq announced on Monday that they are collaborating to increase accessibility to mobile payment services for consumers and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across Africa.
