The Nene Valley Railway has announced that it will run an Intercity high-speed train (HST) with power cars 43045 and 43048, complete with an on-board bar, at its Diesel Gala from Thursday 5 until Sunday 8 March.
A new livery is being added on one of London North Eastern Railway’s (LNER) InterCity 225 trains to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the National Railway Museum.
On the 5th July, visitors to the West Somerset Railway can have the opportunity to travel on a HST set.
