Algeria Telecom launches online survey to identify FTTH gaps

Algeria Telecom has reportedly kicked off an online survey asking Algerians to identify areas that are not yet connected by fibre in preparation for planned FTTH rollouts next year.

Iran’s state-owned Telecommunication Infrastructure Company (TIC) says it has signed a memorandum of agreement with Omantel and Iranian infrastructure firm Pishgaman to create a data transit corridor between Iran and Oman.
