Original Variant: Which North American Operators Fly The Boeing 787-8 In 2024?

Taking to the skies for the first time in December 2009, the shortest of the Dreamliner variants is the 787-8. First entering service in 2011, it was the base model of the now-popular 787 Dreamliner family and was set to rival the 767-200ER and A330-200. However, its title of the shortest Dreamliner could've been easily lost, should the 787-3 ever have come to fruition. With the 787 firmly cementing itself in the long-haul game, primarily to underserved markets, these unique aircraft have a smaller capacity of around 220 passengers, making many routes viable.
