Nokia to equip Maersk vessels with private wireless networks

Nokia announced another deal in Vietnam, this time with Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) to supply equipment for the operator’s 5G rollout.

Nokia has been awarded a multi-year, multi-billion-dollar extension deal by operator Bharti Airtel to deploy 4G and 5G equipment across key Indian cities and states.

Ericsson has reported its Q4 results along with its full-year results for 2024, and while the Swedish vendor saw an uptick in North America, its sales have cratered across emerging markets.
