There will be more than 640 scheduled passenger routes between the US/Canada and Europe this summer, with an average of 726 daily flights (each way). There are many intriguing operators and links, of which perhaps the most unusual is Air Saint-Pierre to Paris CDG. It is so different because of the small aircraft, the very low frequency – and the fact that it is a transatlantic domestic service.
