Earlier this week, AirAsia parent Capital A announced some fancy footwork that will see it sell AirAsia Malaysia and the AirAsia Aviation Group to AirAsia X. The proposed sale includes the AirAsia airlines in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Cambodia, in effect stripping out the aviation businesses from Capital A.
