On Saturday, 18th April, UK Railtours is running a special train, The Plant’, from London King’s Cross to Leeds in aid of the Railway Children charity.
Next month trains will once more run between the Great Central Railway (Nottingham)’s base at Ruddington and the former Great Central Railway main line.
Among the attractions announced by the Great Central Railway for its Spring Diesel Gala are its Class 153 Super Sprinter single-coach railcars.
